Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached
Free return shipping on all eligible fashion and skincare items
Holiday purchases (Nov 1 - Dec 31) may be returned through January 31
Jewelry & Fine Accessories

All jewelry is final sale unless arriving damaged or defective
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos
Customer is responsible for return shipping on approved exceptions
